Was such a pleasure playing this (relatively) chill set at The Great Beyond, July 29, 2023. My first time playing during the day felt different and we did not run the stage this year so we were booked in a 4 hour block Saturday called "The Headspace Collective". This is Miss Elaine Eos set from the stage she ran with the Headspace Collective at The Great Beyond festival in Minnesota 2021. Before the Delta COVID Variant was a "thing" in Minnesota we slipped in this outdoor event in late July 2021. Originally planned for July 4 weekend 2020, The Great Beyond took a whole new meaning in 2021 after the pandemic had taken hold on the globe. THC had been doing outdoor events since the post-uprising days of Minneapolis in June 2020, after George Floyd's murder. We knew we still needed to gather outside to dance together, and started with bringing people together to collect supplies and re-distribute them to the community. Aug. 1, 2021, at the festival, Elaine played this set at prime time opposite the headliner on the mainstage, Regis, and just after a kick-ass performance from AutoClub in the Dome.

Zoe Eckblad, better known as Dave's mom, first spun vinyl in 1969 when she was a DJ at KZAP in Sacramento and helped pioneer the free-form album format. When her belt driven turntable finally died, she gave her extensive collection of vinyl to son, Dave. She was given a chance to recall her turntable skills at Furthur 2017, '18 and '19 playing obscure late 60's vinyl for the Domeland stage.
Paul's set from Even Furthur 2019 was part of 120 hours of music played on Free Radio Furthur over 5+ days in Highbridge Wisconsin. Funky, progressive, melodic house music.

I bought Alkalino's discography off of bandcamp earlier in this year for all the disco and funk edits. They came with a bunch of his solo work from his Audaz alias.
