Hey loves! Today I we will be sharing the most common reason mothers and daughters fight. Now it may shock your system initially, as it did mine when I stumbled across the information almost two years ago, but trust me it will change your life. I've witnessed this theory's validity in my Mother-Daughter coaching practice time and time again! I am also experiencing the fruit of applying it in my own life and mother-daughter relationship.

Hey Loves! Today I'm speaking to my fellow millennials who have cut communication with their biological families to protect the kids. To be honest, I was a bit reluctant to publish this episode because it may ruffle some feathers. However, the message I bear was so convicting, I had to go ahead and press play.
I know many of the gurus are telling you to rid yourself of anybody you like, but avoidance is a trauma response and not a healing technique. "What if it backfires?" is the question I'm posing.

Hey Loves! Here is some encouragement right in time for the summer barbeques. This week, I'm talking about how me and my mother went from falling out after my 2017 labor day cookout- to enjoying a backyard seafood boil in 2020, and it was beautiful. Won't He do it!!!!!! Yes He will!!!! Reconciliation really is possible. As always let me know what you think about the episode. Drop your comments on Instagram @mendedrelationships

Have you ever thought about the "supplemental moms" you had throughout your life? I'm talking about the women who seemed to show up right when you needed them most. Maybe you were like me and experienced an unplanned pregnancy or needed help dealing with a loss of something or someone.
I know since you and your mother have had conflict it seems like you've journeyed alone, but I implore you to take a closer look.
In this week's episode, I intentionally acknowledge women who have "mothered" me along my path. I also explain why it is not dishonorable to my biological mother to do so.
Be sure to let me know your thoughts after you listen.
As always, if you're ready to start working on your Mother-Daughter relationship let me know @mendedrelationships

Hey love! During this episode of the podcast, I talk about how I am often approached by women who would like to heal from their mama trauma and reconcile their relationship, but are unsure whether they can embark on the process alone. "Does my mom have to be there?" they ask. Checkout what I had to say, and let me know if you're ready to book a session with me after.

Have you ever just been talking to someone and become completely SHOCKED by what slips out of your mouth? Well; that's exactly what happened to me today, and I have to tell you what I said. In this episode I will share how today's painful truth reminded me of a self-discovery I made during therapy last year, about how my mother and I's relationship was formed long ago.
