This is a topic we've been wanting to cover for a while - something that is relatable to a lot of people. We've talked about protein and building muscle on a plant based diet, but what about plant based diet for a runner?

We all know methane is a big problem for the environment. It is responsible for 30% of the climate change. We also know that the beef and dairy industry is one of the biggest culprits of methane emission. So, what are we doing about it?
