Nothando started the company to help other entrepreneurs reach their full potential. With her guidance, the brand has grown tremendously.

Lebo Lion is a digital marketer, podcasting pioneer, digital philanthropist, and strategist whose passion for the African continent, social media expertise, and study of African consumer behaviour, has lead her to transforming over 1000 South African start-ups, small to medium businesses, through her global top 100 iTunes podcast; LESSONS WITH LION.
Her extensive work with powerful corporate brands & pop-culture movements are the foundation upon which her rapidly growing twitter brand: @LeboLion_SA is based on. Channeling the lessons she learned from the age of 24 when she started her own Tech Company, now at the age of 29 Lebo Lion runs a marketing & PR agency called BEOPLE which specialises in building authentic brands & impactful social media & influencer marketing campaigns.

I've built up my knowledge over years working in various roles: * creating digital marketing strategies for businesses * writing & photography for fashion & travel platforms * creating content plans for small businesses * building digital content libraries for teams I work with * sourcing and partnering with influencers for campaigns * worked with various brands as an influencer myself!
I genuinely love what I do and am really good at it! I started blogging back in 2010, a while before starting my career in retail in 2011, working in buying for a major fashion retailer. For many years I juggled my full-time job with my digital marketing side-hustle; having worked with brands on a number of online campaigns, like Country Road, SA Tourism, Mr Price, TFG, and Environ to name a few.
In 2016 I shifted my career and took on the marketing world full-time, working with major retailers, travel destinations and small businesses.
And in 2018 I created Afredigital, to support small businesses that I connected with through online marketplace AFRENAI, providing them with strategic content that tells the story of their brands and connects with real people. Instagram has played a key role in my helping build those brands, as well as my own business growth and personal brand development.

Her valuable skills, that have played a great role in making her business ventures so successful, with her first business rodeo having a catering company and selling it to friend, have been cultivated through her 13 year track record in Corporate and Luxury Retail. This has tremendously benefited J’ADORE D’AMOUR’ as a luxury women’s footwear brand.
Mathapelo boasts immaculate skills in areas such as sales, business development, business expansion and customer relations. These key aspects were integral in the founding and management of J’ADORE D’AMOUR’ to ensure the smooth-running within the business as well as success for the overall brand.
When it comes to the creativity and style of footwear development, Mathapelo has always had an eye for minimalistic designs exotic textures and bright colours. This has seen the brand appeal to an audience who believe in a style that should be audacious sophisticated, timeless and unapologetic. Mathapelo gets her inspiration and creativity when travelling (since she is an avid traveller) but most of all through her appreciation of the sensuality of a woman.

This week's episode is with Alta Muzic. Alta’s name came about from a box of floppy discs. The enthusiastic musician saw the name Alta Densidade which meant High Density in Portuguese and the rest was the beginning of his musical journey. Alta released his first body of work 2INLV2Care EP under Sundance Music in 2018 and is currently making waves on national radio stations. Alta is not new to the music scene, he has been making beats & producing music for over a decade, and is now breaking into the scene with his own story to tell. “A lot of people are afraid to be wrong, to fail and they’re also afraid to win. My life purpose is to create an atmosphere of bliss and unconditional love that makes one believe in themselves and their ability to be great’

Minenhle "Enhle" Zondi was born and raised in Pietermaritzburg KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. Her parents, Sibusiso and Zodwa Zondi are senior pastors and founders of Rock of Ages Family Church International which is also based in KZN. Growing up as a pastor's kid, she adopted great leadership skills from her parents which was a contributing factor to the leadership qualities she possesses today. Lungelo Saule is also the co-founder of Dream Big Stay Humble. A youth organization focused on building a network of mentors for the youth to tap into in order to achieve their desired professional goals.
He has spoken at Disrupt HR, an employee wellness insights event hosted by Umgeni Water, The Gathering Of Young Leaders hosted by Linda Sibiya and has been the Durban Entrepreneurs Club’s brand ambassador.
Lungelo Saule enjoys speaking on sales, consumer pyschology and the importance of personal branding specifically for young people.

Chef Linda studied at Capsicum Culinary School where he obtained his international diploma in food preparation and cooking. He furthered his studies at Majuba FET college. Joslynn James is a Grammy award winning background vocalist, praise and worship leader, psalmist, and gospel recording artist. At the age of just 4, she had the ability to mimic great recording artist such as Whitney Houston, Minnie Rippleton, and Anita Baker. At the age of 6, Joslynn’s grandfather (Rev. Edwin Singleton) recognized her spiritual and musical gifting. With being the youngest member of the Temecula Adult Choral, Joslynn astonished her choral instructor by her capabilities such as teaching harmonies and various music theory. From singing in church at a early age Joslynn knew that it was her destiny to sing and tell all men about Jesus Christ. She has shared the stage with some of the biggest names of our time such as the rock group Paramore, Karen clark Sheard, James Fortune, Earnest Pugh, Beverly Crawford, Shirley Ceasar, Dorinda Clark Cole, Yolanda Adams, Mary Mary, Whitney Houston, Kim Burrell and many more. Her most recent feature was with international recording gospel artist Deitrick Haddon song entitled “He’s a Keeper”. She is also apart of the Deitrick Haddon's Hill City Worship Camp. Joslynn now serve at Hill City Church as Worship leader and Minister of music where her Pastor is Pastor Deitrick Haddon. Truly God has blessed Joslynn to share her gift not only with her local church but with the world.

This was the beginning of time. The book of Genesis in the Bible represents what was happening and predestined in the beginning. God decided that he needs to extend his greatness and Dominion to someone on earth that can express who HE is. In expressing the thoughts HE had, He uttered these words “Let us make man in our own image” and immediately said “Let them have dominion”.

Your mind is the battlefield and whether you conquer the battlefield or not is all reliant on you and your decisions. Before anything on earth was manifested it was once a thought. The very same way God created mankind, mankind was once a thought. Mankind was not just created out of nowhere. Mankind was a thought and there is a specific idea that motivated that thought. (Purpose) — The mind is the most powerful asset that you possess. The mind can either empower or destroy you. The Apostle Paul urges us in the Bible to ‘renew our minds’ — Romans 12:2 “Do not be conformed to the patterns of this world but be transformed by the renewal of your minds” Paul clearly knew that the only way that we can improve and transform the quality of our lives is by the renewal of our minds. There is power in the activity of renewing your mindset.
What are the things that you are passionate about? Society has drilled a mentality within us that we should not at all be doing the things that we are not passionate about. Ever wondered why a very large majority of people on earth are sad? Stressed? Depressed? If you ever feel like you are not obligated to do the things that you are passionate about, you are going to live an unfulfilled life. The only thing that can make you happy is the very same thing that you are passionate about. Do not ever look down on your passion. 1. Identify what you are passionate about 2. Occupy it at all costs Once you find yourself occupying your passion and pursuing it at all costs, there will be people who will try and convince you that you should not be doing what you are doing. Ignore all of the noise and negative opinions when it comes to your passion. Stay true and loyal to it.
