Safe, fun, transformational space where we share our stories, our triumphs, our fears and our hopes - for us, our families, our communities and the world!
Be confident....but don't be up yourself..
Be wild...but don't look crazy..
Speak the truth...but don't hurt anyone's feelings..
Say thank you to compliments...but stay humble..
All these things young girls pick up and carry into womanhood. Passing the stupidity of it all along to our daughters.
How a simple tarot card, showed me where my healings STILL need to be taken care of xo
In our FB group BossBitch Official our Collab Crew each talked about What They Stand For.
Today's episode is my take on what I stand for, but first I had to explore what I won't stand for. Writing a list that could've went on and on.
Things like Excuses, which I believe is a form of miscommunication in it's inability to speak the truth. Hypocritical leadership and leaders who say they have certain values and act incongruently with them. Stink friends is something I no longer stand for, knowing full well that once upon a time I was one. Or that sometimes we have to make peace with the fact they we are the villain in somebody's story.
In listing what I won't stand for I got to see what I will stand for and how we can create our purpose from our healings.
Have a listen and tell me what you stand for or won't stand for ;)
My book The Road To BossBitch is still very much a work in progress.
The hope is to pave the road I took and am taking, to acknowledging wounds, healing them and growing everyday into my highest potential. Most pages will be written in letter form to everything I considered a vital step in my journey. Collaborating alongside other BossBitch women in my life who are pave stone layers. Going into the "arena", as Brenē Brown says, everyday, leading us to our true nature, by sharing what they know.
Today's letter came about after a conversation I had with a friend at the office over lunch. What poured out of me onto the paper straight after that, was this letter to Boundaries.
Please feel free to message me about your thoughts and experiences putting healthy boundaries in place for yourself.

We move through life being judged and we move through life doing the judging.
The judgements we make about ourselves and that others make about us is what we base our decisions on. There are thousands of versions of us out there in the energy field. Every time someone makes a judgement about us that they believe, they've created a version of us. It's true because they believe it to be true. It's their truth, but it doesn't have to be your truth.
The moment you let other people dictate how you move through the world, you surrender your power. Let me show you how free you can be by just saying #zerofucks
BossBitch is an acronym for Being In Total Coherence in Herself. An awesome reframe for a derogatory word used to insult women. In our BossBitch Official Space we seek freedom from all of the trauma, expectation and conditioning that prevents us from being who we naturally are. From becoming who we were meant to be and from pursuing our wildest dreams.
As a Personal and Team Development coach I found that some of the best learnings come out of evaluating my own reactions, triggers and behaviour.
On today's episode I talk about how I got shitty with my husband over something relatively small. The story I built to justify my anger, how I found my way back out if it and back to freedom.
Women around the globe are rising up and claiming their truth. Everyday waking up and stepping into their purpose.
