Here at Ronad's Corner, you'll hear and receive encouragement, wisdom and inspiration through the sharing of the Bible and the understanding of it that God has given me. Alongside this, I will also be sharing practical wisdom/insight for daily living. My desire is for everyone to experience the life-changing power of God and the fruitful life that He desires for us to have. I pray that everything that is shared in these podcasts will lead you back to the Lord and help you live a life for Him.

There's so much going on (uncertainties, tragedies, disasters, etc.) in our cities, nation and abroad that cause us to worry, stress, fear, be filled with anxiety, be depressed, be confused...and sometimes it feels like finding peace to navigate through it all is impossible.

As parents, we must be careful that we are prioritizing what our children are interested in and not ignoring their interests by solely focusing on ourselves.
Philippians 2:4 says, "Let each of you look out not only for his own interests, but also for the interests of others."

How is your year going so far? Are you accomplishing anything that you purposed in your heart to do this year?
Mondays can be dreadful but they can also be delightful, depending on our perspective toward it.

Be invested into knowing more about what your spouse does at their place work. Genuinely express interest in wanting to know about what they do.
We must stop treating people outside of our home better than those whom we live with in our home.
Don’t allow money or the lack of money to hinder you from making steps towards reaching your goals/dreams.
When you love someone or when you say you love someone, what’s important to them should be important to you.
Let someone know if they’ve made a difference in your life, if they’ve inspired you in anyway, if they’ve encouraged you, etc.
Make an effort to be a blessing to someone today. Be intentional in being a blessing to someone today.
Sometimes when you’re starting something from scratch, building something new, or creating something... you face many challenges, setbacks, discouragements, fears, etc...and that’s ok. But what’s not ok is for you to allow those things to stop you from continuing.
We all have moments of feeling like "I’m tired of going through this..." You’re not alone in dealing with those moments.

Take care of yourself. Take care of every person that’s connected to your life. Take care of the things that God has given you and take care of the things that you yourself brought into your own life by choice.
Scripture reference is Proverbs 18:24 What kind of friend are you to your friends? Are they loving to you but you’re not loving toward them? Do they check on you but you don’t check on them? Are they fully supportive of you and things you do in your life but you haven’t even made an effort to support them in anything they do? It’s easy to expect your friends to listen to you but are you listening to them when they talk to you as well? Before we try to point fingers at our friends, let’s point back to ourselves and examine the kind of friend we are to see if we are being true sincere friends; if we’re upholding the title of "friend" in our friends lives.
As you move forward, don’t forget to look back. God is the reason why we can move forward through everything we’ve ever been through.

As you move forward, don’t forget to look back on all God has done in your life.
What areas in your life need order? We all need order and some kind of discipline in our lives. Make time to take notice of those areas that need order and make those adjustments. Ask God to help you do it because you can't do it alone.

We know that we can call on the Lord but what also happens when He calls our name? How do we respond?
