This weekend I invested in myself and attended Podthon a two-day virtual event where podcasters can learn from and connect with thought leaders in the podcasting community. I have been podcasting since December 2017 and have learned alot along the way. This was my first time attending a conference for Podcasters even though it is something I spend a lot of my time doing and now i'm ready to take it a step up. I enjoy engaging in other areas in which I am not familiar I learn alot and it also teaches me how to continue to be a student. Today I share a few things i've learned on my journey and how we should all use what we have to get started on the goals we want. I hope you enjoy!

What is the root cause of the last time you went to see a physician? We are speaking with Dr. Amber Brown, PT, DPT, founder and owner of Root Physical Therapy and Wellness, a safe- space to learn about the root causes of your concerns. As a doctor of physical therapy she focuses on orthopedic conditions, oncology rehab, lymphedema, chronic pain management, Women’s Health, prenatal and postpartum care, bowel and bladder dysfunction, pelvic floor dysfunction for all sexes, and many more. She stresses the importance of the community knowing that they are their best advocates and need to speak out. She teaches her clients how to do that and guides them to appropriate resources as a health coach. Her belief is you do not have to make your journey on your own and we thrive in a tribe. Dr. Brown also guides people on their pathway of financial freedom without sacrificing their health as a certified financial coach, instilling in them wellness is cheaper to manager than treating illness. The goal in mind is to educate the community so we can have a better quality of life and learn how to put ourselves first again.
