Third time's a charm! It only took me three different attempts to record this episode (I apologize for the ridiculous delay,) and so we are now finally able to touch upon some of the major aspects that come up for people when dealing with their grief. This is not even close to scratching the surface, but just from this sliver I can promise you it's going to bring up quite a lot of stuff to chew. I will dive into this topic more as it comes up and feels right to do so. Because this is such a loaded topic for many, please please please let me know what you'd like to hear about. This is for you all so I want to ensure I'm delivering what you need. I also talk about my new coffee table book, Soul Musings: for the days coffee isn't motivation enough, that I just published and you can find it here:

Oh, and sorry for the weird static in the background. My usual means of noise removal weren't doing the trick today for some reason!

Friend or Fear? We discuss a bit of the role fear plays in our lives and how we can better listen to it. We talk about what fear actually represents, how we can interpret it, and how we can use it as an ally (and not in the defensive ways). There is also a cameo by Mia, the 13 lb. Coon Cat. Oh - and a missing chunk of time I couldn't quite figure out how to edit out. I'm such a newby.
