I have always gotten a chance to follow my heart and intuition. Somehow I stumbled into the world of CBD (Cannabidiol). I love it's health benefits and how CBD is giving people and animals a new way of looking after our health and well-being. I am also a poetry geek. I guess I began as a youngster. My 7th grade English teacher read poetry and short stories aloud on Friday's. And it stuck with me. In this broad stroked podcast I talk about what's new within the fast growing world of CBD, interview experts, support new products on the market & read my favorite poets.
