Welcome to the Little Peace of Mind 12 Week Program.
I'm so pleased you found your way here:)
Please watch this short welcome video so you know how to use the portal to find all your resources and check your inbox for your welcome email with all the details you need to get started.
There are two additional resources for you before we begin.
The promised bonus video: How Change Really Happens - you can find that here.
A check-in form so we take a measure of where you're at right now starting the program - you can find that here.
Looking forward to connecting with you.
Nicola
Before we get started, take a few minutes to watch this video about how change really happens.
And finally Elsie Spittle pointing back to where we started together all those weeks ago - a deeper understanding of our true nature.
What a beautiful and fitting place for us to end this part of our journey together.
Let me know what you think in the Facebook Group, starting your comment with #week12 so the new people in the program know they're not supposed to 'get' this just yet!
After creating the first video, I felt like another attempt at explaining what I'm pointing to in this week's video was in order!
This video is a clip from a recent coaching group where I was asked about 'the God thing'.
Please note: the clip is only 15 minutes long - it's supposed to cut off where it does as we then go on to discuss other, more personal things....
Helen's story is one of our most downloaded podcast episodes.
I wanted you to listen to it again this week because it demonstrates so beautifully the way insight can unfold slowly and beautifully over time. So even if you've listened to this before - I would encourage you to listen again today.

A number of resources for you this week as we go deeper into this conversation.
Take your time with this week's resources. Watch, reflect, absorb.
The first video above is my take on it - watch this one first (followed by the audio if you prefer just to listen).

There's an audio version of the module below too, if you prefer to listen rather than watch.
And of course, don't forget the podcast link on the left - using this allows each module to arrive magically on your phone without you having to do a thing.

Here's the quote from Caitlin Moran that I refer to during this video:
"Here is a promise, and a fact: you will never, in your life, ever have to deal with anything more than the next minute. However much it feels like you are approaching an event – an exam, a conversation a decision, a kiss – where , if you screw it up, the entire future will just burn to hell in front of you and you will end: you are not. That will never happen. That is not what happens.
The minutes always come one at a time, inside hours that come one at a time, inside days that come one at a time – all orderly strung, like pearls on a necklace, suspended in a graceful line. You will never, ever, have to deal with more than the net 60 seconds. Do the calm, right thing that needs to be done in the minute. The work, or the breathing or the smile. You can do that, just for one minute. And if yuou can do a minute, you can do the next.”

Firstly, apologies - I know the sound quality on this video is terrible - there was a problem with my microphone and although I have thought about re-recording this many times, I find that I haven't. I just somehow know not to. I think it's probably because I know that sharing what is fresh and opening up for ourselves in the moment is sometimes the most impactful thing we could do and this video was completely raw and fresh. Trying to capture that feeling would be impossible so I'm afraid you'll just have to bear with it. It's NEVER about the words - it's always about the feeling and I think you'll see what I mean when you watch. I hope you can still understand the main message of what I'm pointing to in this video.
(Basically - no need to email us to let us know the sound quality isn't great - we know :))))
There's also an additional resource for today: Dr Roger Mills, alongside Dr George Pransky, was one of the early pioneers of this work in the seventies.
He specialised in the area of mental health but his published work is very hard to get hold of nowadays. So when I stumbled across this interview with him I just knew I had to share with you - have a listen and let me know what you think - I love the way he shares what I'm pointing you all to and sometimes it's easier to hear different teachers.
It's the top audio on the page and it's been made available for free.

I wanted to give you this extra little short audio today. It's likely that at this stage of the program you might have lots of urgent-feeling questions that need to be answered.
Listen to this audio before Monday's call and reflect on what comes up for you...(and share in our Facebook Group of course!)
