Honor the Entrepreneurs: Tom knows alot about... well... alot. No, seriously. If you're looking for the science behind how wine grapes are grown or behind vitamins and nutrients, he's got it. If you're not looking for that though, no big deal, you're still in the right place. Besides, that's not what we're here for. In this week's episode, we dive into lessons Tom has learned over the years of working at the top of different companies, as well as, how to maintain childlike wonder in a world full of to-do lists and busy schedules. Everyone can use a little bit of that balance, right? Come join us in our conversation!

Honor the Entrepreneurs: This one is sweeter than grandma's cookies, seriously. We had the privilege to engage in a heat-warming conversation with my (Hannah's) grandparents. Pretend you didn't hear this, but I'm not sure my grandpa ever fully understood the concept of a podcast! Let's just say you're sure to get quite an authentic, goofy, and insightful conversation here... you never know where these two will take it. Dean and Nancy, owners of Sommer's Carpet Care, Inc., share their journey of how they went from being high school teachers to building their business as entrepreneurs for 40+ years!

Honor the Entrepreneurs: This is a special episode in our series, as Spencer Snider is a childhood friend and classmate of ours (and practically a brother of mine from growing close to his sister and family (Hannah)!). Not only is he an amazing person to get to know, but he's going somewhere with his insane, engineering brain, and we all knew that long ago. In this episode, Spencer shares his journey from the moment of discovering his love for inventing things, to his current life of living it up as a full time student, doing what he loves, and interning with some of his most influential mentors over his summer breaks. Happy inventors day (February 11th) to Spencer!
