Everything seems to be changing all around us. In this message I briefly explore 4 things that do not change.
The Bible clearly tells us that God sees things differently than we do. It's good to remind ourselves of that.
As Christians we must understand that there is a greater reality than the world around us.
Christians often find themselves reluctant to be the kings that God has called them to be.
In these days we live in, it is imperative that we know and speak truth - God's truth! Jesus said that he came into the world to bear witness to the truth (John 18:37). The Church has been given a similar responsibility as we are called to be the pillar and ground of the truth (1Tim 3:15).

God wants to walk among us in His glory, power and love. We can make a place for Him to do that.

We have a guest speaker at our church this past Sunday so the next message of the series is delayed by 1 week. But I wanted to post something so, I selected 2 messages from about 5 years ago.
I have too often heard people use WWJD to justify or confirm their own opinions about issues. In all honesty, we really don't know what Jesus would do in specific situations. He would often surprise even His disciples by what he said or did. I preached this sermon in September 2019 not as indictment against that per se but to turn our attention to something that we can know. The message leads to an important part of Jesus life that we don't often consider.
What is it that we are asking for when we pray, "Thy Kingdom Come"? My hope is that this series makes those 3 words more meaningful and powerful as we pray them!
What if God were to sit down beside you and ask, "What do you want?" How would you answer that?
What do we do after the Corona Virus restrictions? Do we go back to the way things were - to our old normal? Here's a suggestion to make your normal better.
What is your though? What is your breaking point? This message is a call to commit to unwavering steadfastness no matter what!
