When it rains it POURS and takes your patience down the drain with the runoff! This has been my week. And here's what helped.
We forget how important the small wins are. If you can't think of any, I've got some for you!
Besides knowing the daily list of what my kids are grateful for, I needed a deeper sense of what was REALLY going on in my kids' lives at school or even inside their heads. This small exercise blew those doors wide open, not just for them, but for me.
One question I ask my kids every single day is, "Who are you?" I need for them to be crystal clear on who they are, so that the world won't define it FOR them. Listen in to what their answers are in this 7 minute morsel.
