Today makes it a year since I participated at the All Nigerian Universities Debate Championship and emerged second in the public speaking category. In this episode, I recounted my experience during the tournament and did a repeat of the speech I gave at the finals of the competition. A lot of times, we are too quick to blame motivational speakers, we think their words are empty and filled with lies. When in reality, we actually should blame the "motivational listeners" who after listening to those speeches, have no action to follow up the motivation. This is where the actual problem lies.
