Adam Klink started off as a collegiate division 1 goalkeeper at Rutgers University. However, many injuries and advice from doctors told him that he should step away from the sport of soccer. As a result, he started developing a passion for CrossFit and has shown his perseverance and grit for this sport as he has qualified for the Northeast Regional competition in 2013, the Mid-Atlantic Regionals in 2014 and the Atlantic Regionals in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018, most recently finishing 7th. Currently, Adam Klink is a head coach at CrossFit Krypton and is an athlete for Bare Performance Nutrition. Lastly, he is the first person ever to run a sub five minute mile while doing a 500 pound back squat in one day.
