The universe is full of chaos, as is our planet, the counties we live in, the cities, our homes and our minds. At all levels of the micro and macrocosms we can see that chaos exists. At times it can be easy to be swept up in the chaos, leaving us stressed, full of anxiety, constantly stuck in freeze, flight or fight and down right not enjoying our lives.
Well, I'm here to say thatit is possible to still enjoy life in the midst of the chaos of the world. It actually takes strength, courage and commitment to stay joyfully present when others are stressing and expecting you to do the same. I'm not saying let's bypass actual struggle, but what I'm saying is to give yourself permission to be present, feel all the feelings that are there and consciously choose peace, giving yourself a place to reset and stand on as you move forward into the storms of life.
Listen to learn some ways to find the peace within all that chaos and how to keep yourself grounded as life and the world seems to get weirder and weirder every day.

It's just me today ya'll! And actually, this is quite exciting for me because I have been meaning to post a solo episode since before I even launched this podcast.
I realized I have been hiding behind interviews this whole time.
While I absolutely love to have conscious conversations with all kinds of interesting people, learning about all things spirituality, personal development and more... I have also been intending to do some solo episodes where it's just me and you. That requires being fully real, vulnerable and putting my critical mind in the backseat, especially when I'm making mistakes.
I finally got around to this and I feel like this is the birthing of the next phase of my journey in podcasting. I definitely will still do interviews of course, I am just excited to share my life's experiences and lessons with you all.
I start out the episode with a grounding meditation to get us breathing and visualizing our gratitude together. Next I go into a little background of who I am: a mother, a wife, an artist, a creator. I have my bachelors degree in Graphic Design and I am also a trained reiki master. I have spent years dancing as my hobby, belly dance and pole dance being my favorite. I also mention that I was in a Netflix documentary involving pole dance called Strip Down, Rise Up, check it out!
The second half of the episode I share about my vision for The Magic Lighthouse, how I came up with the name and what it means to me and the types of content I intend to keep producing and sharing with the world.

Excited to talk about manifestation, hypnotherapy and all kinds of magical ways we can attract the things we want in our lives, Lynnsey Robinson and I go deep in this conversation. Lynnsey is a certified hypnotherapist who reprograms conscious minds to attract their desires.

Her passion came from her own healing journey. She was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease called alopecia at the age of 13.
She has been studying the body ever since.
This began her spiritual journey to find the reason why.
Throughout all of her studies she started to find answers that finally gave her closure to this mystery. And now she wants to gift these tools to our tribe.
