Sometimes as we move from different seasons in life we get discouraged, we have two amazing guests featured on this episode- Olayinka Mordi and Eromosele Ebojie- who discussed on the unfailing love of God through every season. We are reminded to diligently seek after Him whether we are in the good season or otherwise, James 4:8a says :”Draw near to God and He will draw near to you”.
1 Peter 5:7 says “Cast all your anxiety on Him, because he cares for you” here is a reminder for you to Breath for He cares for you.
Proverbs 17:22 says “A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.” A quick reminder that whatever season you are in: rejoice, be cheerful always.
Is it possible to love God and not Obey Him? Obedience is very key in our walk with God. It becomes very vital to know His instructions for us to follow. May God continually reveal Himself to us as we decide to obey His and every word in Jesus name. Amen
Paul talks about running with patience the race that is set before us in Second part of Hebrews 12:1. We are reminded daily that as we are determined to achieve our set goals, even though sometimes we are cast down but we are not discouraged.
Sometimes we forget we have the strength we need: Isaiah 40:29 says He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. In the morning, I often remind myself that I have strength for this journey.
Sometimes God gives us a deeper understanding to the most familiar bible stories. This episode is about how Jesus Christ slept soundly on the boat in the midst of storm (Mark 4:38-40). We experience perfect peace when we truly trust in Him. John 14:27 (AMP) Peace I leave with you; My [perfect] peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your heart be troubled, nor let it be afraid. [Let My perfect peace calm you in every circumstance and give you courage and strength for every challenge.]
