We all underestimate how hard life can actually be. Sometimes we might not even see the things inside us that hold us back or that lead us to depression but ultimately we have all been gifted the tools we need to achieve everything we desire and it's time for us to utilise them.
Life = Journey..
A process of progression, growth, and transformation. Starting from a random state. It's a continuous path filled with experiences, challenges, and opportunities.
Like any journey, life can have its ups and downs, detours, and unexpected twists. We face obstacles, celebrate achievements, learn from our experiences, and gain valuable insights along the way.
The concept of life as a journey highlights the idea that it's not just about reaching a specific destination but also about appreciating the entire adventure and embracing the process of self-discovery and personal growth.
Sometimes you need to get knocked down before you can really figure out what your fight is and how you need to fight it.

It's time to stop overlooking mental health!
Although the mind and body are often viewed as being separate, mental and physical health are actually closely related. Good mental health can positively affect your physical health. In return, poor mental health can negatively affect your physical health and other aspects of your life.
“The experience I have had is that once you start talking about [experiencing a mental health struggle], you realize that actually you’re part of quite a big club.” — Prince Harry
I don't feel like suicide is selfish because we can never know the person's true feelings in that situation.
It is difficult for us to relate to mental pain and empathize with what someone so afflicted is feeling as human beings. I believe this is one of the reasons suicide is so stigmatized and misunderstood. Most of us can easily understand physical pain since at some point or another in our lives we have experienced some form of it but mental pain will forever be difficult to understand.
But I also believe we should all push forward and be the best we can be.

"Life is a journey to be experienced, not a problem to be solved.”
“Life is like a road trip enjoy each day and don’t carry too much baggage.”
“A little step may be the beginning of a great journey.”
“There are wounds that never show on the body that are deeper and more hurtful than anything that bleeds.” ― Laurell K. Hamilton.
In order to progress and fulfill our true potential in this world, we must overcome our pain.
Staying true to yourself is one of those overlooked concepts in life because it has become the norm to follow society's social constructs.
It involves standing up for your own values and not caving in to the demands or expectations of others. Being true to yourself can lead to independence, confidence, happiness, and an ability to navigate through life more effectively.
It can be tough to navigate life with personal integrity and a sense of self—especially when you’re young—but being true to yourself can make you more fulfilled as a person.
Life aint as easy as we think and we go through it day to day hoping that its a smooth path but that's not always the case. This podcast is from someone who knows how hard it can be but believes that we can all take full control of it in some way.
