Boneta, is a victim of property rights violations and excessive enforcement actions by her local Board of Supervisors. Her farm is now closed and she has been wrongfully stripped of her ability to make a living from her land. The HB 1430 is being introduced to make sure that this kind of injustice never happens again in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
