Welcome to the Learning To Forgive Others Radio Series 14-Day Challenge - Days 11 & 12 on "HOW TO LET GO GRACEFULLY–EVEN WHEN IT FEELS HARD."Forgiveness isn’t a one-and-done situation. Forgiveness is a process–and it’s not exactly linear. Sometimes it can be really hard and make you wonder why you’re doing this at all.Sometimes, one round of a “forgiveness practice” like the one we discussed on another show isn’t enough. Take note: Before you tell yourself the forgiveness practice isn’t working, make sure you’re TRULY committed to forgiveness. Remember, that’s the first step to truly letting go–you have to WANT to.During this show you will learn 12 Biblical Steps For Letting Go of Unforgiveness Gracefully.
Welcome to the Learning To Forgive Radio Series 14-Day Challenge - Days 9 & 10 on "The Keys To Self-Forgiveness."Over the last few radio shows we’ve talked a lot about forgiving others, but sometimes the most important–and hardest–person to forgive is yourself. The most important aspect of self-forgiveness is honoring yourself as a person. If you don’t address mistakes right away and choose to let them fester inside, you run the risk of entering a vicious cycle of self-loathing which can lead to depression and poor self-care habits. During this show you will learn to give yourself grace and self-compassion. You will learn a few of the many reasons you might want to work on forgiving yourself. Here are a few to think about...You didn’t do it on purpose. You’ve likely done what you can to remedy any effects. One mistake doesn’t define you.You probably learned from it (or will learn from it if you feel you haven’t yet).Scriptures:1 John 1:9If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.1 Peter 5:7Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.Ephesians 4:32And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.Philippians 4:8Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
Welcome to the Learning To Forgive Others Radio Series 14-Day Challenge - Days 7 & 8 on "Powerful Practices To Release, Let Go, and Deeply Heal."During this show you will learn.....The 5 Things People With UnHealed EmotionsFour Ways To Process EmotionsFive Things Happen When You Failed To Process Emotions ProperlyForgiveness often takes time to achieve, and a forgiveness practice or ritual can be done every day to move you closer to actual forgiveness. A forgiveness practice might consist of journaling for 15 minutes or meditating for 10 minutes. These forgiveness practices are simply steps you can take every day to help release that grudge and offer true forgiveness.
Welcome to the Learning To Forgive Radio Series 14-Day Challenge - Days 5 & 6 on "Acknowledge and Accept Your True Feelings."Acceptance is a huge part of the forgiveness process. Without acknowledging and then accepting what has happened, you can stay stuck holding a grudge forever. During this show you will learn how to acknoweldge and accept your true feelings about different situations in your life. Also, you will learn the importance of having a clean heart in life to live the more abundant life daily.Scriptrue Reading: Psalm 51:6-11
Welcome to the Learning To Forgive Radio Series 14-Day Challenge Days 3 & 4 on "Decide Who Needs-And Deserves-Your Forgiveness."Opening Scripture: Matthew 18:21-22 (NKJV) - "Then Peter came to Him and said, “Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? Up to seven times?”Jesus said to him, “I do not say to you, up to seven times, but up to seventy times seven."During this show I will teach you a strategy to begin your forgiveness of others journey that you can do in the privacy of your own home or space. This is a list making strategy which includes writing the names and any or all of the following:Your parentsOther close family members or caregiversChildhood and or teenage friends and or bulliesTeachers or authority figuresCollege friends, neighbors, professors, etcAnyone in your professional lifeI encourage you to take your time on this list. For each person you write down, ask yourself - "What was said or done, specifically?"Personal Growth Tip: If you’re struggling to name specific people, don’t forget that you can also forgive situations, such as “When I felt unsupported by the members of my work team.”Closing Scripture: Matthew 18-21-22 (The Message Bible) - "At that point Peter got up the nerve to ask, “Master, how many times do I forgive a brother or sister who hurts me? Seven? Jesus replied, “Seven! Hardly. Try seventy times seven."
Welcome to Days 1 and 2 of the "Learning to Forgive Others" 14-Day Radio Challenge. Today is about What Forgiveness Is and How Unforgiveness Is Holding You Back.Forgiveness isn’t a new topic, but it is a hot topic as more people are focusing on personal development these days. However, some people have a mistaken understanding of forgiveness and don’t realize that the act of forgiving is for them, not for the one who wronged them.If you’re resisting the idea that you need to forgive anyone or that you don’t hold any contempt in your heart and/or your business, that’s perfectly normal. However, if you’re a human and living life, chances are you have at least one person or situation in your life that could benefit from forgiveness. When you don't forgive, you can wind up overwhelmed with anger and resentment. It might impede your ability to trust others moving forward, to take risks you would like to take, and to plan for your future. When all of your energy is focused on the past, it can be very hard to move past a particular incident and look toward the future.Today, you will learn what forgivenss is and some journaling practices to help you to identify who the people are that have wronged you.Journaling Questions:Is there anyone in ANY area of my life-business-ministry-family, past or present, who I feel i have "unfinished business" with?Is there any situation I replay in my mind over and over that makes me feel mad, sad, angry, or resentful? Is there anybody I interact with on a regular basis who just seems to "rub me the wrong way?"
Welcome to the Learning To Forgive Others 14-Day Challenge on Breaking the Cycle of Unresolved Pain that is Stealing Your Joy”. Have you ever taken the time out of a busy day to assess if you’re living your best life? Do you wake up refreshed and ready for the day or do you want to hide under the covers while hitting the snooze button?Life is joyful and should be cherished but if you’re feeling anything less than joyful, there’s a root cause. Are you living in the past, wishing for a relationship or job that didn’t work out? Are you stressed out with your current job or business? There are reasons for this and within the challenge you’ll be able to create new habits that teach forgiveness for others and for yourself. Implement this process and these exercises a bit each day and at the end of 14 days, I have no doubt you’ll start to feel differently about life. You will learn....What Forgiveness Is & How It’s Holding You BackDecide Who Needs–and Deserves–Your ForgivenessAcknowledge & Accept Your True FeelingsPowerful Rituals to Release, Let Go & Deeply HealThe Keys to Self-ForgivenessHow to Let Go Gracefully–Even When It Feels HardAnd much more.

Relationship Matters Series. During this episode I will discuss the 4 kinds of people who will distract you, demoralize you, and discourage you if you allow them into your life.
When God want to bless you, He puts a person in your life and when satan wants to destroy you, he puts a person in your life (Mike Murdock). Which one will you give access to?
The four kinds of people are: 1. Those Who Do Not Really Accept Your Assignment, 2. Those Who Do Not Truly Respect Your Assignment, 3. Those Who Will Not Protect Your Assignment, and 4. Thos Who Do Not Expect You To Really Achieve Your Assignment.
Welcome to the intro show for the Relationships Matter Series. For the month of February the shows will be focused on building and establishing godly and healthy relationships in every key area of your life.
The power of choice is the “ability” to “select” one thing rather than another. “Choose you this day whom you will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord (Joshua 24:15).” Some relationships are chosen based on the “other gods.” The gods of loneliness, fear of being alone, fear of being rejected and wanting to be accepted. People who have these feelings and fears usually involve themselves with others that appear to satisfy their unhealthy emotional needs.
For the power of choice to be effective in your life, you must be free to choose. Choices are made in your mind. The Bible admonishes you in I Chronicles 28:9 to serve God with a perfect heart and a willing mind.
Learn how to use the power of choice the right way in your life for building and establishing good relationships. This teaching is taken from my "Friends, Foes and Fellow Christians" Making Good Choices in Relationships and Avoiding the Wrong Ties.
Thinking Big 7 Days Mind-Set Challenge Day 2 with special guest Denisa Burns, Ministry Leader and Business Coach.
Coach Denisa Burns has worked as a business manger, trainer, administrator, project manager and is also in full time ministry. She has worked in many facets of corporate business and ministry. Her experience working with all kinds of people led her to found Abundantly Supplied Life Solutions as a Start Up Entrepreneur Coach.
She will be shairng her testimony about her journey to success in ministry and business and how she had to think big to get to the place where God wanted her. Also, she will be teaching on Thinking Big on Passion and Desire.
What does success look like to you? What do you think about when you hear the word “success”? The answers to these questions are extremely important. Why? Because how you think about success directly effects whether or not you achieve success. It’s really simple. When you think small, you tend to achieve small results. On the other hand, when you think big, you tend to achieve big results. IT all comes down to your state of mind and how much you want to get where you want to be.
The Thinking Big 7 Days Challenge is designed to help you break the habit of thinking small and settling for less. There is absolutely no reason for anyone to ever settle for anything but what they desire the most. Join me July 6 – 12 for a powerful 7 days mind-set challenge to help you THINK BIG!
Thinking about changing the way you think about life and your role in the world. Thinking big is about recognizing that you can accomplish whatever you want, no matter how big the dream, if you believe in yourself and are willing to put in the work that will allow you to make that dream a reality.

This series will teach you how to move past any lack of motivation barriers and step in your desired success.

You may not be where you would like to be right now, but if you PUSH you can finish strong so that you can be positioned in the new year to start strong. Don't give up - PUSH!
Self-sabotage is often an unconscious thought or behavior that is in direct conflict with your desire to succeed. Self-sabotage is the act of doing a particular behavior that goes directly against what you need or want to do. It can be what stops you from achieving your goals and dreams. It can often come in the form of that inner critical voice, telling you that you can’t do something.
If you’ve found yourself having these negative thoughts or in any situation like these repeatedly, you may be struggling with self-sabotage.
Self-sabotage often comes from having low self-esteem. It can be a result of the way you were raised or circumstances that have happened to you.
No doubt it’s something many people have struggled with at some time or another. The good news is that you can beat it. During this show, we’ll look at what’s causing you to have self-sabotaging behavior and ways you can counteract it.
We live in a day and age where not everything is about us. We seek to improve not only our lives, but the lives of others, as well. While this is more commonplace these days, it is still sometimes a struggle to create this mindset as a way of being rather than return to old habits.
Old habits and patterns are sometimes hard to break. We may wish them away and want to do better and be more, but without practical tips and advice along with the creation of new habits, we remain stuck in the same old place.
If you’re looking to become a better you I will teach you thirty self-empowerment tips that will help smooth your transition and have you creating new habits in no time at all.
Minister Ginger London, minister and board certified coach will be teaching and discussing how everything God created was created to solve a problem. She will be teaching practical biblical principles to help you understand that your life is not an accident, but you have an assignment in the earth to reward somebody with your gifts, talents and skills.
She will teach you the 3 important keys to obtaining "your" rewards and the 5 key principles for experiencing success God's way.
True success is waiting for you, but it only can happen when you "undertstand your calling."

A Spiritual woman is strong, dignified, multi-talented, caring woman who is an individual in her own right. With all her responsibilities, first and foremost, she looks to God. Her primary concern is God’s will in her life. She is a woman after God’s own heart. Tonight we will examine the characteristics of a spiritual woman. Are You Ready To Get Yourself Together!
The Making of a Spiritual Diamond shows #3 and #4 - Cleaving The Diamond. This is the third show of the series comparing a natural stone's cutting process to the cutting process of Christian maturity.
In the cutting process the gem cutter uses “cleaving” to cut a rough diamond down to a manageable size. The cutter must cleave the diamond along the side where it is the weakest. The cutter begins by examining the stone very carefully. He decides how it should be shaped to retain the utmost weight with the most brilliant effect.
The spiritual diamond has a process that is similar to the cleaving process, which involves two steps. The first step is being placed on the potter’s wheel. You must go to God (Potter’s House). God is ultimately responsible for your spiritual growth. His role in your growth must always be central. He is the seasoned farmer who carefully prepares the soil and maintains the garden with the vision of seeing each seed grow into maturity. This doesn’t mean that you don’t have an assigned responsibility in your spiritual growth and maturity.
The second step of Cleaving The Diamond: Sawing and Cutting. The cleaving process may involve a sawing process. When the cutter uses the sawing process it is done usually in the area of the diamond where there is no weakness. During the sawing step, the diamond is sawed in two parts and the cutter decides which parts of the diamond will become the table (the flat top of the stone with the greatest surface area) and the girdle (the outside rim of the diamond).
For the spiritual diamond, the sawing process involves the Word of God being a two-edged sword in your life – discerning your thoughts and the intents of your heart.
Learn how the Word of God impacts your spiritual growth & maturity.
The Making of a Spiritual Diamond show #2 - "Rough and Uncut." This is the second show of the series comparing a natural stone's cutting process to the cutting process of Christian maturity.
Once the natural stone has been found, the condition it is in is a "rough and uncut" one. It has been beneath the earth covered with all kinds of debris. Even when it is pushed to the earth's surface it is still covered with debris until the gem cutter gets it and begins the cutting process.
Spiritually, to grow and mature, you must be free from the being "rough and uncut." Titus 2:11-14 says "For the grace of God has been revealed, bringing salvation to all people. And we are instructed to turn from godless living and sinful pleasures. We should live in this evil world with wisdom, righteousness, and devotion to God, while we look forward with hope to that wonderful day when the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ, will be revealed. He gave his life to free us from every kind of sin, to cleanse us, and to make us his very own people, totally committed to doing good deeds."
You don't want to be a dirty diamond!
To get pass the rough and uncut stage you will need God's grace to empower you with thecourage to change. A dirty diamond is one of two things: a rough diamond or a diamond that hasn't been cleaned in a while.
Learn the steps on How To Grow Up In Christ.
Today is all about The Nature of Diamonds…Understanding The Nature You Have Been Living By Spiritually.
Have you ever seen a picture of a diamond in the rough? It's the stone before it becomes the
beautiful diamond gem we see in stores. I want to share with you some information about the
nature of diamonds. A diamond is a very precious stone, usually colorless, formed of pure carbon.
It is the hardest know mineral. Historically, diamonds were found in river beds, then later they were
found deep in the earth in rock formation. They are found as rough stones and then processed to
create a sparkling gem that is ready for purchase.
Spiritually, as you look back over your life before becoming a Christian, you could be found in some ungodly places, situations or circumstances. Once you were found by Jesus Christ and accepted Him as your Lord and Savior, people now can find you deeply rooted in and standing on the solid rock formation of biblical principles and beliefs.
Learn the difference between the natural, carnal and spiritual man. What nature have you been living by spiritually?

"The Power of Focus"
Imagine you're happily driving down a country road on a clear, sunny day. Suddenly a semi truck crosses the center line and is heading right at you. Heart pounding and adrenaline rushing, you react. Will you avert disaster? Maybe. Maybe not. In this moment, your life depends on where you focus.
Professional driving instructors tell us that what people usually do in emergency situations is to stay focused on the object they are trying to avoid. In driving, where your eyes and mind are focused is most often where you will steer.
Unfortunately, if you were focused on the truck in the situation above you would likely steer right into it. The route to safety is to focus on where you want to go. In this case, you'd look away from the truck to a place that's safer. You would then automatically steer the car in that direction. Safe!
You may be wondering, "What the heck does that have to do with creating more pleasure, passion, and purpose in my life?"
My response is "A great deal!" As in the example of the truck, your life depends on where you focus. Focusing on What You Don't Want Steers You to More of That.
Often when we are feeling stuck, dissatisfied, confused, or unhappy we are focused on what we DON'T want. We are looking at the truck we'd like to avoid.
Focusing is a skill that you can learn and improve upon for the rest of your life. Most people never approach optimal focusing because they don’t know how.
Got To Get Myself Together! Series Show #2.

However, taking action is one of those important pieces to the puzzle along with proper planning and the drive to succeed. Those that take action are the ones that see results.
How do you motivate yourself to continue working toward your goals, especially when you face challenges? Although some strategies will motivate you more than others, it's good to experiment with several different ways of finding your motivation. Most people think they would be happy if they had more "stuff" or more money. A better car or a better house sounds pretty good to most people. But more money and "things" don’t necessarily make you happier. Having a car might make it easier to be happy if it means you don’t have to walk everywhere. Having more money can make it easier to be happy if you currently can’t pay all your bills. So these things can remove some of the obstacles to being happy, but they don’t really provide happiness. If you think you’re unhappy because you don’t have enough money or material things, you’re probably mistaken. Having meaningful relationships, something to do, something to look forward to, and having a genuine relationship with God are the keys to happiness. During this show you will learn ways to incorporate key ideas into your life so that you can be much happier!
We are now into the second half of 2013.Are you on track with your assignment? Have you completed your goals for the first half of the year? If not, encourage you and teach you strategies on how to regroup, refocus and replan to finish this year strong and successfully. You will learn 5 focus principles that will make a difference in your planning and 7 important keys in planning that will help you to finish strong in acheiving your goals for 2013.

Single and Strong Series. It's another holiday season and you have no one to share it with! You have been invited to holiday parties, events and family gatherings - but you are all alone. Misery loves company. During this show I will talk about 6 reasons why singles date for appearances during the holiday season and why it is emotionally unhealthy to date for appearances. It's time to be SINGLE AND STRONG!
Christmas is right around the corner. It will be here before you know it! For many singles, not having a significant other brings on the holiday blues. They have thoughts like; it's unfair that another Christmas is coming and I am still single, what am I going to say to my family when they ask me the big question - why aren't you married yet? how am I going to spend the holidays so that I won't be alone or feel lonely? Philippians 4:11 says, "Not that I speak in regard to need, for have learned in whatever state I am, to be content." 1 Corinthians 7:32 says "He who is unmarried cares for the things of the Lord - how he may please the Lord." This series is designed to help singles maximize their singleness during the holidays. I will teach on and discuss some tough issues and holiday dating practices. The series include the topics: Single and Strong, Single and Dateless, Hitched for the Holidays, and Maximize Your Singleness: Closing Statements. What do singles do at Christmas? They stand tall walking in integrity and character during the holidays.
We all have days that are considerably more challenging and stressful than others. Unfortunately, stress is hard on both the mind and body. During the Christmas holidays there can be too many high stress days for some that can really take its toll. And what’s worse, a person can become so used to being in this “high state of alert” that he/she starts to feel like it is normal to be Stress Out During The Holidays! Don’t let this happen to you. It’s important to develop some techniques that help you relieve holiday stress so that you can relax and Enjoy The Holidays!
“I Got This – Don’t Limit Yourself.” The third show in this series. The Power of Belief. Have you ever really thought about the power of belief? It is an amazing thing. The things that we believe in are very powerful, and by extension, the things that you believe in should be the kinds of things that set your life on the right path. When a person believes wholeheartedly that he will succeed, he is able to do better than he knows. He becomes more relaxed and is able to focus his emotional energy on reaching for the probable rewards of success instead of focusing on the possibility of failure. Believing in yourself brings out the best in yourself and is essential for personal success.
Another thing to consider is that the size of our success is limited only by the size of our belief. Dreaming big is an important part of achieving success for anyone. Often people are scared to think big because they are scared, or they think they are undeserving or incapable of success. But remember this, big dreamers achieve big results. Allow yourself to achieve your full potential by believing that you can and will succeed.
"I Got This - Don't Defer Your Dream!" This is the second show in the I Got This! series. A special teaching and encouragement series to help you to finish the year strong in accomplishing your goals and dreams. Are you saying, "maybe I should wait until next year to do this!" or "I'll use the rest of this year to get ready for next year!" "Nothing has happened so far, maybe it's not for me!" STOP IT! This is not the time to "defer your dream" this is the time to look for "opportunities" to make it happen. This is the season to keep your momentum going. It doesn't matter how hectic life gets, commit to taking at least one action a day to make your dream come true. Hope deferred makes the heart sick. Don't let this year go out with you looking back over it wishing you had done something. An "opportunity" is any situation where your favorable qualities and skills, known or unknown, can be recognized, received and ultimately rewarded. No more putting off until tomorrow. WAKE UP and seize the opportunities that will make your dream, goals and vision come to manifestation.
"I Got This!" A special radio teaching and encouragement series to help empower you to finish 2012 strong and successfully. This series begins with a series of radio shows culminating with a teleseminar series. Are you tired of not meeting your goals over and over again - year after year? Did you start the year feeling passionate about your purpose, desires, career, or dreams, but when the first obstacle hit you lost your passion? Do you admire how other people can stay so passionate, but you don't know how to be like them? Are you worried that you don't have what it takes to accomplish your goals? If you answered yes to any of these questions, it's time to take ownership of your dreams, visions, purpose and/or career. It is time to say out loud - "I GOT THIS!" This series will help you to take ownership to kick start your enthusiasm again to finish strong and stay on target. What is your dream? Do you want to give your vision a jumpstart? If so, get ready to OWN IT! Today's show is "IGot This - Dream It Own It!" You have a divine right to dream and to own the confidence needed to believe that it can happen just the way you imagined. Philippians 1:6 "Being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ."
We are in the 6th month of 2012. Are you on track for achieving your goals for this year? When pursuing success in life, business, or your career goal setting can go wrong for a number of reasons. When these unexpected, and at times, unfortunate things happen, it can be a great bit devastating to your self- esteem and motivation, which can make the idea of setting any new goals mute. This show will identify some of the problems or obstacles that can "go wrong" and get in the way of your success. I will teach you how to solve these goals setting problems to make your success happen!
Are you looking back over the first 6 months of 2012 and saying something like - “Where has the first half of the year gone?” “ I haven’t completed my goals for the first half of the year.” “I've wasted a lot of time!” If you feel like you haven't completed your targeted goals for the first half of 2012 or you have lost focus for your assignment for this year – DON'T PANIC- instead prepare to move into ACTION! We were created to have a relationship with Him and to have a relationship with fellow believers. God created us to be connected to one another. It is in this connection we find a sense of belonging, acceptance, closeness, and commitment. Unfortunately, there are times when people feel disconnected from others which can lead to isolation and loneliness. During these times of life the desire to connect becomes strong and at times overwhelming. People begin connecting themselves to anyone who will accept them or let them into a group. These connections usually lead to superficial acquaintances resulting in betrayal, hurts, and abandonment. There are several negative relationships that will cause a believer emotional and spiritual distress. These relationships can hinder the believer’s spiritual walk. They are called “toxic relationships.” Toxic relationships don’t work – they hurt and sometimes destroy. I will discuss being “unequally yoked,” and “emotional and spiritual blackmailers.” If you have a fear of being rejected, a need for acceptance or seeking approval, or you compensate your loneliness with “any” relationship - this show is for you!
Friends, Foes, and Fellow Christians. A 4 part teaching series on making good choices in personal, business, and spiritual relationships and avoiding the wrong ties. Making good choices about the relationships you get involved in and the people you allow into your life involves “knowing” two things: (1) who you are and (2) your motives for wanting to establish relationships. In this series Minister Ginger London will teach you how to take a microscopic and honest look into why you think the way you do, how you feel about certain issues and why, why you do what you do, and why you “think” the way you do about relationships. This 4 part series includes: Part 1 - Friend or Foe: Which One Are You? Part 2- Friendships That Destroy: Toxic Relationships, Part 3- Stop the Madness: How Can Two Walk Together Accept They Agree? And Part 4- The Fine Art of Friendships. If you have repeated the bad relationship cycle, made poor choices in relationships, have been hurt by close friends and family members, or hurt by people in your local church family - this series is for you!
