This week's edition of Beyond the Rim will feature a little comic con news, then delve into some interesting shows and show news that have arrived. Hosts John and J'Dean will talk about Sonic the Hedgehog and the news that Sonic 2 is in the works. Both will have seen it this weekend and will offer some thoughts on the first movie and prospects for the second. Also on the docket for this week is a look at the new Steve Carell offering, Space Force. The sci-fi satire dropped on Netflix Friday and our hosts will have seen enough of it to render some thoughts on what it is all about. Also on tap are some thoughts about Umbrella Academy 2, a new show that looks intriguing in Secret Society of Second-Born Royals, and fun looking Charlize Theron Netflix show coming in July called The Old Guard.
