The Spirit of Unity or oneness is the perfect means through which corporate worship is sustained, the church conquers, and believers grow. Jesus or Saviour prayed that we may be one even as He and the Father are one - John 17.  Paul says we should endeavor to keep the UNITY of the Spirit in the bond of peace. Unity is indeed strength!
