1 Corinthians 12:24-26 NIV says, while our presentable parts need no special treatment. But God has put the body together, giving greater honor to the parts that lacked it, so that there should be no division in the body, but that its parts should have equal concern for each other. If one part suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honored, every part rejoices with it.“God created all of us with a plan and a purpose. As believers we are the body of Christ and we have to be careful to not compare ourselves with others. We all have special and distinctive callings and gifts. We should compliment each other not compete against each other. When we minimize and degrade what others do, it causes division in the body and we fall prey to the enemy. Overcoming abuse and trauma can be hard. It is not impossible, but it takes time to heal from it. God can heal all things, but the only way to get over the trauma of your past is to not get stuck in the past. Tragedies have a way of causing our mind and emotions to be suspended in the time we experienced it. Rejection is real. Besides who likes rejection? No one does! It doesn’t feel good. You may not be picked for the team. God has a purpose and plan for you and me. King David is a great example, because he was not the first to be chosen among his 7 brothers. He did not have the appearance of a king, however he did have a pure heart. God knew that David was a man after His own heart. He ended up being one of the greatest kings in Israel and pinned most of the book of Psalms. David was a Shephard, Worshipper, Musician, and a Prophet. Just know that God has a plan for you; just like He had for David. Don’t allow man’s ways to determine your destiny or your worth. God values you, accepts you and loves you. Whenever you feel rejected, welcome it, embrace it and walk in it. Man’s rejection of you and God’s protection of you! God created us with a plan and a purpose. Life is full of challenges, disappointments, and setbacks. Every journey has a destination and God uses them to grow us up in many areas. Most of our journeys don’t look like our destination(God’s plan and purpose for our lives). The Bible says in Proverbs 16:9, “A man’s heart plans his way, But the Lord directs his steps.” As a result, we should never judge a person based on their journey. He blessed a man and a woman in marriage to have godly offspring and raise them for His glory. Any male can have sex with a female and make children, but it takes a real man and woman to raise children in the Lord. It takes consistency, patience, love and courage. satan hates this because it’s a terror to him and his kingdom.
“Two are better than one, Because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, one will lift up his companion. But woe to him who is alone when he falls, For he has no one to help him up. Again, if two lie down together, they will keep warm; But how can one be warm alone? Though one may be overpowered by another, two can withstand him. And a threefold cord is not quickly broken.”Ecclesiastes 4:9-12 NKJV. Are you authentic, real or transparent? Jesus led in love but was very real and authentic. He has called us to be authentic as well. As Christians, when we are not authentic or real then we are giving others a cheap version of who God made us to be. It causes us to walk in a superficial grace. We need God’s love and power in a godless society that truly needs the light of a Living Savior, Jesus.

We don’t have to be a prison to our past but we can use it as a weapon against the enemy. The enemy knows we are called to greatness and wants to stop God’s plan for our lives. The world’s system is designed to strip us men of our godliness, leadership and manhood. It is a Babylonian society just like in the days of Daniel, that only tried to strip him and his friends of their identity, but they stood firm in their godly convictions. Satan cannot create so he uses his system to rape and pillage Christians of their identity in Christ. Gender confusion and identity crises are at an all time high in this generation. It is a matter of the heart and we have to protect our hearts. The Bible says, Guard your heart above all else(Proverbs 4:23). The Father created us in His image. When you chase the world and it’s way of doing things you stand to lose everything God has for you! God loves us too much to have this happen to His people! The Bible says, “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.” Matt 5:16 NKJV. God has caused us to shine in Christ. When we shine we bring attention to Him. God wants us to embrace our gifts and callings that He gave us with humility and confidence. Scripture reference: Matt 5:16, Romans 11:29, Matt 23:11.
Did you grow up without your parents? Maybe you were a victim of abuse from a parent, or a father figure? Do you feel alone or abandoned? Jesus also felt alone so when He died on the cross. Jesus cried out to His Father when He turned His back(Matt 27:46) on His Son so he can take our sins at the cross. The Word Orphan means: A child who is bereaved of father or mother or of both.
Characteristics of an orphan
Some Characteristics of an Orphan: * doesn't know where his/her next meal is coming from. * doesn't know much about his/her identity. * has no security about who will take care of him/her. * has no one to cherish or treasure him/her. * lacks a family to lean on for help or comfort. Jesus took all of these insecurities and more at the cross for us so we don’t have to bear the weight of being Fatherless and alone. The question is, do you know you’re free? Men often pursue freedom in their careers, accomplishments, money, fame, sex, women or drug use. That’s not freedom, that’s bondage, true freedom only comes from Jesus Christ and His finished works at the cross! Listen as I talk about true freedom in God’s word.
The Bible says in 2 Corinthians 5:21 “For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.” When you receive Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. And His finished works, you are made righteous. Salvation is a gift(Ephesians 2:8-9). We didn’t deserve it nor did we earn it. It is a free gift given to us because God simply loves us and we believe in His righteousness. It is just that simple, as a result we can live a guilt free life knowing Jesus covers our sin and loves us through all things. You no longer have to be defeated, down and ashamed by your past or the enemy’s lies. Jesus loves us and wants us to live a guilt free life.
“For you did not receive a spirit of slavery to fall back into fear. Instead, you received the Spirit of adoption, by whom we cry out, “Abba, Father!”” Romans 8:15 CSB As fathers, we need to know how to love our children more intentionally and unconditionally. When we do this, our children will see the way our Heavenly Father love. We are to be loving our children not harsh or judgmental. Loving our children with God’s love is one of the best gifts we can give to them!
Men are wanted for dominance. God created us to dominant in leading our households, communities, and churches. It’s time for us to step into our place of God given authority, purpose and plan. Our children need us and we need to be more intentional about loving them unconditionally with support. We are not their drill sergeant but their fathers to love them with the Father’s love. God cares about the condition of our souls which is made up of our mind, will and emotions. We all have experienced hurt, pain and disappointment. The world will even try to get us to forfeit our soul for fame and fortune. The Father is there to take care of us in our time of need. We just have to trust in His word. agape-Greek agapē, in the New Testament means the fatherly love of God for humans, as well as the human reciprocal love for God. In Scripture, the transcendent agape love is the highest form of love. Without the love of God there’s darkness and void. But Jesus who is the expression of God’s love can bring light and fill voids. God loves us with an everlasting love it never runs out. In order to overcome evil, we must overcome it by walking in our God given authority and walking in the power of God’s love! Listen as we discuss REAL LOVE from God’s perspective! The definition of anger is a strong feeling of displeasure or annoyance and often of active opposition to an insult, injury, or injustice. God gave us anger to fight against injustice and evil. We often allow our anger to go out of control. When this happen we try to justify our actions which hurts others and ourselves in the end. Join me as I talk about overcoming anger and controlling it. Every good and perfect gift comes from God. God gave us Jesus Christ and He blessed us with families. As men, God gave us our families to lead, love and embrace according to His Kingdom(Matt 6:33). According to Wikipedia, Narcissistic personality disorder is a mental disorder characterized by life long pattern of exaggerated feelings of self importance, an excessive craving for admiration... The bible says in 1 John 4:1, Dear Friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see if they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world. A narcissistic spirit is a satanic spirit and rooted in pride. When you are connecting to churches and organizations be very cautious whom you submit yourself to them because you may be connecting yourself to narcissistic leadership. You can be exposing yourself to spiritual and mental abuse. This episode will help you understand the narcissist and how identify them.
