Overlooking Blind Bartimaeus

Bartimaeus represents people who are lost and spiritually blind, and Christians who are near-sighted.

What the disciples did, and what we usually do, is ignore these people.

Steps of someone coming out of spiritual blindness:

1. They hear the truth

2. They call out to Jesus

3. They have a life and heart change and follow Jesus
