Momentum is a very important topic in the world of employment and especially in HR. When an organization identifies an area for improvement and begins rolling out programs, they have to content with the momentum surrounding that issue within their workplace. If things are well, then the investment of energy from the new program might be fairly easy to apply. If things are not well, then the program might appear to do nothing at all, or maybe even make things worse. In that situation, it’s about redirecting or reversing that momentum, and that can be both challenging and highly effective.

I am very pleased to have with me today Kerry Unflat, Chief People Officer at Zipari (https://zipari.com/). Kerry is a brilliant HR strategist and a wellspring of well-managed optimism.
