When we don’t plan, we have a hard time starting a project or tasks. We rarely start at the beginning – usually in the middle and all over the place – and this usually ends with getting little accomplished. Distractions are hard to ignore. I explain how I sat down and planned the day with a task list and prioritizing the tasks and work on one only and in the order I chose. This provided me to hyperfocus quicker and get tasks done – even though there was no possible way to complete the whole list!!!!
