This episode is about the importance of noticing how you feel around certain individuals or groups. If you’re lacking inspiration, feeling down or any kind of negative, on a consistent basis—try taking space. See how you feel with space and time..
Saying you want to end or remove toxic relationships/friendships is only half the job. When you make the decision within yourself and then begin to take the action, that’s when it clicks in your brain. You will then begin to notice your body regain its health, peace and energy. You must take action.
To-do lists are wonderful—Not-To-do list, CRUCIAL. In order to make room for what is most important in our lives, we MUST be willing to eliminate distractions, and things that do not encourage our higher purpose.
We all go through it! Make a list of the things you want to accomplish in the final days of the current month—Declare it to others and let me know how this empowers you to get things done!
Take a moment to look at what you accomplished, whether it be the previous year, last week or the day before.. This is especially helpful when you’re looking for a hit or momentum!

We all have the capacity to be more loving; to bring positivity to those around us. We all have experience with receiving negative energy and having to decide what to do about it.. This episode serves as a reminder that distance is okay, moving on is okay. When someone in your life is bringing more pain than positivity, is it safe for your mental health to push through and endure? It can hurt you, you are better off taking space until you feel safe to voice yourself. And always, always prepare yourself emotionally and mentally for disappointment—But don’t release faith in good, there is always potential for good. Alas, be a positive asset to those that you love and those around you. It’s never too much to give. Material things/words of encouragement/a smile/space and distance—Whatever it is that you need, honor you!
Part of the journey to a dream come true and getting to a next level is visualizing your self in that space. It is so crucial to have that strong undying belief in yourself at the very forefront of your journey.
Our circle should be uplifting us; pushing us to be better—Otherwise you got a box. Now—who are you to your loved ones? Water and be watered, or let that shit go.

A little enlightenment on the idea of what is a lack in congruency vs allowing time to rest/feel excitement, reflect and understand oneself. It’s okay to slip off schedule and or to change a schedule. Ultimately, when you are aware of what is going on around you, and within you you’ll do what is best for you at your time and pace. Trust.

Depression, anger, sadness, upset--All normal things to go through and feel throughout life--You do not need to stay there though, one way to steer out of negative feelings it's acknowledge what you're grateful for. Walking, talking, breathing, seeing--All are blessings. The less you expect, the happier you'll be.
A little wisdom. The bigger picture can intimidate us and cause us to pause or freeze on our goals. Try tackling one thing each day that give you the ability to meet you end goal little by little.

When you have to make a choice and you know either choice may or may not work out for you—One feels safest one feels scary or intimidating—Choose the scariest one. That is the one that will help you grow.
We all know deep down what it is we would like to see for ourselves, the things we must accomplish in order to arrive. I absolutely agree with having a schedule, to do list and tactics to get there. But I also know from experience that the most important things are at the top of my mind. Sometimes jumping into those things can add a lot of value and momentum to our level of confidence, and can set us up for great success.
Did you know that a smile can change a mood. A smile can save a life. Choosing happiness can literally extend your life out and giving you more time on earth. Happiness is a power. I challenge you to use it!
Sometimes lists can lead to procrastination or freezing in time because the amount of “things” can appear daunting. I highly recommend getting in the zone, by just simply starting! Jump in to your day and start knocking the chores out one by one. You’ll feel sooo great, I promise! Set the tone for the week 🙌🏻
We feel hesitation to start sometimes because we’re looking at the giganticness of something. When we break the thing down in to tiny action steps and start knocking out the pieces, we gain MOMENTUM AND VICTORY!
Some people don’t wish to see us grow, the harsh reality is—some actually wish bad upon our lives. We can remain solid, continue to consider others—Be kind—and above all, stay grounded and feet planted firm—Keep standing up for what is right, and against what is wrong. No Matter What
Sometimes when we are in the moment, it can be easy to be self-focused. We might honk at someone at a stop light, or even yell or become angry. What if that person at the light was consumed with sadness or totally lost? Would you honk if you knew that to be true or maybe be more understanding; more compassionate? Just keep in mind, it might be a hard day for the person at the grocery store that happens to be in your way, or the man at the stop light, that won’t GO.
Follow up on Parental Alienation Ep. 12. In this episode 13 I go over ways to prepare yourself, and ways to cope. Parental Alienation is a very tough thing to undergo, my biggest piece of advice is to seek a therapist. —Journal and seek out a community of other moms and dads—You are not alone.

It’s so important to come to your child especially after a disagreement. It’s okay to take a break and then come back and talk about whatever it is. Be sure to listen to understand and to explain thoughtfully.
While lots are happy and ready to sit back and enjoy the holidays, some are stressed, flustered and who knows—So smile and engage others, you never know who’s smile needed a nudge!
Never ever give up, the moments that count are just after the dark, sometimes heartbreaking setbacks.. Fight for light! You can do it

I was listening to a podcast the other day. I circled back to it because it resonated more today. I feel so hopeful that spreading this light will get to the right ears.
Just sitting with yourself, with a thought in mind that you can do “this” and you can do it right now, can be the greatest thing you do for your vision.
Invest your energy on YOU one weekend out of the month—Stay motivated and keep momentum this way!!! Oh, and invest a little money in a savings jar for something super big in a year!!
Embrace each moment. Take it in. Most people think they want things, but what they need is to feel. To feel love, to be live, and to know love.

There is no shame in being inspired and using ideas of friends and others. Just make it decent and acknowledge the work that is inspiring you so much, that you apply it.
You matter, your feelings matter. Have your feelings, share them once and then move on. No need to dwell, no need to revisit over and over, just feel them and move through it like the wind.
Truly, give yourself the honor of smiling at the judgements, poor response of others. Remember that no matter what—when another person has made it a habit of misunderstanding you, no response or delivery will ever be perfect. But—a smile, and kindness will set you up for a day untouched by negativity.. Carry on buttercups! 👊🏻✨
When we don’t have the social media to distract, it’s that time y’all! Get the pen and pad out and start planning your monster goals. Map out your vision, fill it with your dreams!!
Don’t let water pass you by, pick that water up and drink it till it’s gone. Hydration is the key to a quality mood, day, and life. Stay healthy.
Whether we know it or not, do it consciously or unconsciously—When we reach out to our loved ones simply to say hello, I am thinking of you and you are just amazing; it is a powerful thing.
I have had some of the most difficult moments, where I simple hey how are you, followed by a smile from a stranger—and the feeling of joy and being appreciated and acknowledged becomes what I’m consumed by. It’s a day brightened for many. Smile often! 💓
