Dr. Paul Abair was in the United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) class of 1994 and is a former USAFA faculty member. He retired from the USAF in 2014 then became a mortgage lender in 2014 with Caliber Home Loans. Dr. Abair then started as VP producing branch manager with Armed Forces and Academy Banks in January 2019.

Dr. Abair is a certified VA Loan expert. He does 50/50 VA versus conventional/jumbo financing of one- to four-unit residential properties nationwide. His business focuses on timely closings, low prices, and relationship building. He wants to be the last residential lender his clients ever have to interview.
