It was bound to happen - someone used AI to create an IPA or, as it’s being appropriately called, an A.I.P.A. Chat GPT is the computer culprit here and it’s guilty of making a delicious beer. The humans at Atwater Brewery gave Chat GPT a simple request, to brew an American IPA using centennial, citra, amarillo, and melon hops. It also converted the recipe from a home brew scale to the 20-barrel scale needed by the brewery.
