I discuss the remarkable astrology of the total lunar eclipse at 16 degrees Taurus on November 8, 2022 - the very same day as the surely historic US midterm elections take place. The fate of democracy and the world appears to be at stake.
This eclipse is tightly conjunct Uranus and Squares Saturn.
I received a psychic download about a major shift occurring in November BEFORE I looked closely at the astrology of this and was stunned by the details, timing and implications of this eclipse, hence this episode. I discuss that as well.
The download I received suggests that this event is related to a major and extremely significant "Timeline Split" that Dolores Cannon brought to our attention years ago.

I discuss and extrapolate from a very interesting theory provided by two Professors of Psychology on what really motivates the peculiar social conservative obsession with other people's sexual behaviour.
Of course this also applies to religion as well. More specifically, conservative religious groups such as evangelicals and fundamentalists, and the psychology of controlling sex as a coping strategy.

I provide a synopsis of the Great Timeline Split on #Earth which was articulated through many of the people Dolores Cannon put into a deep state of somnambulistic trance.
Years ago I was guided to her book "The Convoluted Universe: Book One" which filled in a lot of missing pieces of the puzzle - so-to-speak - for me.
She suggested a Timeline Split would occur at this point in our history - the first time it has ever successfully occurred at this level on our Earth.

I briefly discuss a new global report from Cambridge Universities' Centre for the Future of Democracy (CFD) which describes how the political fortunes of populist governments have faltered during the global pandemic.
The report, published January 18, 2022 - which sampled over half a million people across 109 countries since 2020 - attributes the demise of populists to:
'... the botch job made of the pandemic by populist governments: from Bolsonaro’s mask veto to Trump’s “bleach injection” suggestion.'

I discuss the imminent and forthcoming exact Pluto returns in 2022 in the USA astrological natal chart and the widespread current discussion of the potential for civil war amongst credible and noteworthy scholars, commentators and journalists.
Pluto takes (on average) 248 years to orbit the Sun - or to return to its natal position in the astrology horoscope - so this is a rare, potent and deeply powerful transit. I discuss my increasing awareness and some recent experiences of collective consciousness, and some of the profound implications of this phenomenon.
If my theory is correct, this has truly stunning implications for humanity and is yet another sign of the Aquarian Age manifesting.
I'm not sure I have communicated this concept as clearly and articulately as I would like to, and probably can (blame Mercury retrograde I suppose lol).
I have this sense that we as individuals will be able to communicate telepathically but not just with thoughts, rather with a whole multidimensional array of thoughts, feelings, impressions, images and so on, with anyone, anywhere.
It feels like I am trying to describe something that hasn't existed here in 3D before which is why I am having difficulty trying to explain it. It's both very complex and very simple at the same time. It will be simple because we will just be able to do this naturally, in the same way we don't have to think about the senses we have currently (taste, touch, feel, etc.).
It's kind of like we as individuals will be plugged into the internet of beings 24/7 but with multidimensional awareness. Sheesh... try and explain the sense of smell, for instance. It's almost impossible. Sigh.

I very briefly discuss the importance of both obtaining or granting permission, the role of free will on Earth, ethics, karmic consequences of breaching free will, and the Akashic Records.

Here I discuss the implications of setting intentions which can have significant and profound implications for our lives and the lives of those that we are involved with.
Such implications should be considered before engaging in spiritual work, doing rituals, energy work and related activities. At the very least we should be aware of them.

A couple notes:

Ocean acidification, a very serious concern, is not mentioned in the CBC Ideas "Climate Wars" audio.

Solar radiation management (injecting reflective materials into the stratosphere) would not impede ocean acidification without significant reductions in GHG emissions. It would, rather, only temporarily reduce global temperatures and only do so as long as it was maintained (such materials would typically only stay in the stratosphere for a few years before dissipating).
There are conflicting viewpoints in the spiritual community on whether evil or evil entities or spirits exist. Some say yes, some say no. I reflect on this significant esoteric question and share some of my own thoughts and personal experiences on the subject. I welcome your opinions.

Many millions of people subscribe to worldviews or paradigms that increasingly conflict and collide with objective reality, often drastically. Thus the current highly polarized state of affairs is not surprising.
Here I briefly discuss the Authoritarian personality type and why they appear to frequently think and behave irrationally. Authoritarians are currently more predisposed to subscribe to right wing values.
In his freely available self published book “The Authoritarians” (2006) Psychology Professor Bob Altemeyer writes, referring to religious fundamentalists, who “… are highly likely to be authoritarian followers”, the following:
"They are highly submissive to established authority, aggressive in the name of that authority, and conventional to the point of insisting everyone should behave as their authorities decide. They are fearful and self-righteous and have a lot of hostility in them that they readily direct toward various out-groups. They are easily incited, easily led, rather un-inclined to think for themselves, largely impervious to facts and reason, and rely instead on social support to maintain their beliefs. They bring strong loyalty to their in-groups, have thick-walled, highly compartmentalized minds, use a lot of double standards in their judgments, are surprisingly unprincipled at times, and are often hypocrites.
But they are also Teflon-coated when it comes to guilt. They are blind to themselves, ethnocentric and prejudiced, and as closed-minded as they are narrow- minded. They can be woefully uninformed about things they oppose, but they prefer ignorance and want to make others become as ignorant as they. They are also surprisingly uninformed about the things they say they believe in, and deep, deep, deep down inside many of them have secret doubts about their core belief.”

In 1971 Lewis F. Powell Jr., a prominent corporate attorney and soon-to-be Associate Justice of the US Supreme Court, was tasked to produce a confidential memorandum on behalf of powerful corporate interests. The corporate establishment was very concerned about the countercultural movement which arose in the 1960’s (Uranus conjunct Pluto in Virgo) which they saw as a threat to the status quo and thus their financial interests.
The Powell Memo (aka the Powell manifesto) was a “… blueprint for conservative business interests to retake America.” and set out a broad strategy to influence education, the media, politics and the justice system. Viewed historically its influence - or at least its philosophical ambitions - can be seen playing out today and explains what may otherwise seem irrational or merely spontaneous to many observers.

There is a federal election occurring in Canada today.
Despite the fact that I am voting in a province (roughly equivalent to a state) that is not currently my primary residence I was able to easily and quickly vote in this election.
I failed to mention that according to the Canada Elections Act, any eligible voter must have three consecutive hours off work to exercise their right to vote on an election day. There are also numerous provisions for people who are unable to vote on election day.
We do have an active Green party but they will likely not be a very significant factor in this election due to current internal disarray.
I share this mostly for the benefit of my many American friends who may face many unnecessary impediments to voting and participating in their democracy.
