What do I mean?

If you sit down and tell yourself things like... "Ugh, I don't feel like doing this. This is going to be so hard. I'm not good at this." your work will be... hard.

If you sit down and tell yourself things like... "God made me for work. He's asked me to do this. I will figure it out. I can handle doing boring things." your work will feel easier.
