I talk about the story behind why I actually started the reciprocity project. I wanted to encourage you to keep going, despite all of the problems that you’re going to experience.

It will likely be very hard for you to get a good job even though that you’re doing everything right, that was my experience. But, you need to know that you’re a good person in the process.

If I could be that one person that encourages you to do good things and to keep your spirits up, despite what is going on around you, I think I would’ve done my job.
