This episode is a first for our podcast, I’m riding solo and talking about my high hunting pressure propriety thats only 26 acres with neighbors legit hunting on all sides, with neighboring houses on 3 parts of the property. I talk about how this property has changed throughout the 10 years of us owning it and all changes we’ve been making. It started off as a hay field and now it’s very thick with all types of native trees growing including Native American Persimmon trees that are growing all over the property and now starting to grow a good crop of some of deer favorite food they possibly desire. I also talk about some of the different tactics and tricks I use to help use the land and even neighbors hunting pressure in my advantage and after years of trying different things I’m starting to get this property completely dialed in!!
