Leonard Padilla is a bounty hunter located in Sacramento, CA, and in business since '75. He's appeared on television on National Geographic channel, as well as an expert appearing on CNN to discuss the Caylee Anthony case. He has been the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Lorenzo Patiño Law School since '83; he is not licensed as an attorney. Padilla was one of 135 candidates who ran for California governor in the 2003 California gubernatorial recall election, receiving 1,343 votes. Before the 2003 election, Padilla had spent a year in a federal prison for failing to file income taxes for 3 years.
