David Weinstock
David Weinstock is a real estate developer, investor and runs the DW capital, a boutique private equity firm. David’s experience spans new development such as subdivisions, new luxury condo buildings, and adaptive reuse projects as well as a variety of value-add multifamily. Prior to moving into real estate full time, he was involved into a number of startup consulting companies in various roles including as a principal and co-founder. David has previously held both CAPM and PMP designations from the Project Management Institute where he also previously served on the Certification Governance committee.
