Susan is an adjunct faculty teaching at BYU-Idaho and also works as a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) at Madison Memorial Hospital in Rexburg. She will be talking about why she became a dietitian, her work experience and why she enjoys being a registered dietitian.
