Krystal is a fellowship-trained academic pediatrician. She practiced for 15 years and then moved to Utilization Management. She now reviews post-service claims and appeals for medical necessity. About 2 years ago she decided to pursue a coaching certification as a way to enhance her leadership style. She was certified by The Life Coach School as a life and weight coach in April 2018 and was promoted to a Senior Director of Clinical Programs in August 2019.
