I have always wanted to start a podcast that tackles some serious issues whether that be anxiety, depression, or life overall but also one that can tackle the hard issues with a sense of humor. I wanted to do something fun and have a different guest every week in a carpool sort of fashion since I love to drive and I feel like that is when most of the deepest conversations kind of come out of me as well as others! I am hoping my listeners love it and also that they can interact with me and let me know some topics that they would like me to talk about.
Today I dive a little into the basis of masculinity and femininity ! I found a few things around that I thought to be interesting so I wanted to share with all you Riders 🤗. Hopefully you enjoy and look forward to more content!
Welcome to the second act of Attachment Avenue! We are circling back to cover the Secure, Disorganized, as well as the Fearful Avoidant and the Dismissive Avoidant. Tune in ❤️
Hello riders! We will be talking about attachment styles and this week is all about the Anxious and the Avoidant attachment styles along with little insight in how it shows up in my own life. I also talk about how we ebb and flow between these two but also a little tidbit about the Disorganized and Secure attachment styles which are coming soon!
Welcome back riders you guys are here today to join me in talking about misconception relating to the gay community, and I feel people in general. Hopefully this helps shed some light on the situation that you have been in or may come across in the future! I am also here to ask you all to support two of my close friends on their endeavors. Brinsmade Bakeshop as well as Phasing Through It: a self-reflection journal you can purchase on Amazon!

Today I tap into love and little ways of how I feel in some ways of how I can show it to those around me and those deserving of it. Love is one of the most universal things but many people focus on the hate in the world as opposed to the love in the world. Tune in and let me know your thoughts ❤️

Hey riders welcome back to another episode! Today I’m talking a little bit about procrastination and some of the things that I’ve learned to do in terms of dealing with it and putting a plan into motion to help you start any projects you have. My procrastination is rooted in more of things that I’m unfamiliar with and in terms of leaving the stress for the last minute though I have taken some precautions to reduce that for now.

Hey riders! So today we are diving into a topic that is pretty heavy and sorry if I seem a bit disconnected or disjointed or dysfunctional by trying to piece everything together and keep my thoughts straight has been hard today. I hope none of my listeners have gone through anything like this nor do I hope that they blamed themselves for it.

Hello riders! Today I am going to be talking about how to bring yourself into the moment rather than letting your thoughts overrun you and making you become absent. I am also going to read a letter in something that I’ve had to become more mindful of rather than letting it overwhelm me. I think it’s a good idea to write out anything that seems to take space in your head and read it back to yourself as well. It will show you growth and it will show you the little things you may need to work on as well. Thanks babes!

Forgive me for being super vulnerable and sometimes unintelligible but I needed to get this out. Healing has become fundamental in my life and I’m hoping you all can learn to be vulnerable and help yourselves heal and forgive yourselves for anything in your pasts you can’t get away from. It hurts but it’s worth…it ❤️

Hey riders welcome to this weeks episode where we will be speaking about reflection in terms of how to better ourselves and just make our days filled with a little bit more awareness. I think reflection has become such a staple in my life as opposed to a year ago where I didn’t really think of consequences or repercussions of what I said/did and how it could hurt others or even me. Hop in babes, it’s a bumpy ride.

Today we touch base on the Grieving process and what I went through but also what helped me through it! To all those who helped me through it, you’re more loved and appreciated than you know. Know that many don’t experience all stages of grief, but each one leaves an impact. In this episode I explain how it has been tough but also beautiful in the long run. Thanks Riders.
