00:27 – John Malcolm – Former Deputy Assistant Attorney General – 9 min – The leak at the Supreme Court is unprecedented. It is designed to intimidate the Justices into deciding to keep Roe vs Wade the way it is, or encourage activists to murder one of the Justices. It is a step further than the threats Chuck Schumer made a few years back when another “pro-choice” case was being deliberated. The leak may not have been illegal, but it was certainly unethical, and an investigation should result in someone losing his or her job at least.

9:45 – Col. Steve Bucci – Heritage Foundation – 7 min – The leak of Justice Alito’s notes was illegal according to Col. Bucci. Keeping the deliberations confidential has been a part of the Supreme Court since the inception of the Supreme Court. Whoever leaked the document should be financially responsible for any damage resulting from the leak.

17:22 – Jessica Colon – Republican Strategist – The leaked brief was written in February, two months after the case came into the court. Popular opinion has been turning toward protection of abortion restrictions for years, to the point where this generation is more pro-life than any since Roe vs Wade was decided. The problem with the leak is that the decision is not final, and the Justices are feeling the political pressure that they are supposed to be shielded from.
