Laura created her signature Coaching methodology based on her personal experience and self exploration after her husband died unexpectedly 8 years ago and found herself having to figure things out.
Laura’s passion to help guide widows came out of what she learned as a widow herself and what was greatly missing and needed, a source of information, a safe space to find oneself again and a community after a life changing experience, the death and loss of one’s spouse.
