Even on the best of days, living mindfully can feel challenging. Being in the moment requires our focused attention and a fair amount of energy. So what about when the seas get rough? How can we stay present during life’s more difficult moments, days or chapters?
The past month has been a real doozy for folks. 6 planets have been in retrograde and whether that’s as impactful as the astrologists say or not; for many it has felt like all hell has broken loose. I know this because it’s what my clients, colleagues and friends are sharing with me.
