Asking for help might be one of the hardest things we have to do as humans. The vulnerability of saying, "I can't do this myself" is hard.
And when we do ask, we hope the other person is going to be kind, even if they can't help us. That isn't always the case; which teaches us to be even more cautious about asking.
I had the opportunity to ask Megan Galloway, Melissa Mueller-Douglas, and Simon Coles to help me think through this topic. They shared some great insights.
How do you realize you need help and then how do you go about asking for it?
