Hey everyone! In this episode, I speak about how important it is to be grounded when it comes to social media. Right now, social media is full of people who will try to tell you that “this” is the right things to do to gain followers for this and “that” is the right thing to do so that people can see your content and if you’re ungrounded in your intentions with why you’re on social media, it can be easy to fall in line with what everyone else is doing and you can quickly become distant from your original intention. This conversation can extend across many aspects as well. When it comes to societal norms, it’s important to be grounded in who you are and not allow the latest trend to take you away from being authentically who you are without the layer of what IG or any other social media platform wants you to be because we deserve to be inspired by the original version! We need diversity in creation without any rules or regulations and it takes a grounded person to be brave and go against the grain so that we can have more to see and hear on social media and in the world.
