Autistic rigid thinking can leave us feeling stuck and unable to move forward.  These 'states of stuckness' can sometimes be constructive and sometimes they can be unconstructive.

In this episode, I talk about two specific types of rigid thinking, namely perfectionism and resistance to change. I talk about not only the limiting side of rigid thinking but also how you can actually use your rigid thinking to your advantage.

I also talk about how to distinguish a constructive state of stuckness from a negative state of stuckness and how to navigate both of these kinds of situations to guide yourself to the best outcome for you.
