EBM-Expressing is a way of taking milk from your breast without your baby needing to

suckle. You can do this by using:your hands,a manual pump OR an electric pump.​

Once you’ve expressed your milk, you can store it in the fridge or freezer to feed to your

baby later, if you don’t need it straight away.This will help your newborn baby to get
