In this Episode, we sit down with our two cousins Glory and Marvelous to talk about about our experiences with "code switching". As first generations black girls who grew up in predominately white neighborhoods in Canada, we learned early on what it means to be perceived differently, depending on the people in our surroundings. We talk about everything from behavior changes, to trying to fit in, to black girl stereotypes and we even touch on the code switching that exists in Japan too.
