INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 ounce of Scotch
1 ounce sweet vermouth
2 dashes aromatic bitters
Orange zest
Brandied cherry
DIRECTIONS
Combine ingredients in an ice-filled mixing glass.
Stir well.
Serve neat in a cocktail glass.
Twist a piece of orange zest over the glass to release the oils.
Garnish with the orange zest and a brandied cherry.
