Stacey Mckay is one of the few African American Female Aero-Space Engineers in the country. At a young age, she was interested in the mechanics of airplanes and aircrafts. Her story is a testimony that any young girl can dream the impossible dream and be anything she desires to be. Stacey is a Mom, Realtor, domestic partner, and Program Manager at Northrop Grumman Stacey also served as area director from 2020-2021. She has a 25-year-old son. She went through a transformational healing when her mother suddenly died in 2013. Through her mom’s death she discovered by loving herself she learned the importance of self-care and placing herself first. She has continued to grow emotionally and spiritually through the coaching and guidance of Essential Anne.
