Today our very informative webinar emphasized the importance of celebrating Earth Day : by doing our part, in addition to benefiting the planet; and this can help us to qualify for the new 4 month promotion! Contacting consumers/prospects about allergies is another great way to help to qualify while creating lots of happy people who experience allergy relief. We teach you exactly how to do this in this webinar.
In our discussion on this session we covered in some detail how to execute the 4 main objectives of new member/update orientations...
This session focuses on two key arenas: the new 4 month promotions from Shaklee for April - July 2014 and the strategies we want to implement to take advantage of these great incentives. The other area we began discussing was New Member Orientations--the key to life-long customers and identifying business partners. Lisa Anderson shared her New Member Process and the key elements of her new member appointments.
Our session today covered thoroughly why and how to conduct in -home meetings. These are a great tool to help us in building relationships, a wonderful vehicle for teaching and educating, and a way to build PV quickly. Many directors and Senior directors are being created within a month to 3 months by doing a series of in-homes.
The theme of our webinar today was: Building Directors through Grand Openings and In–Homes. Toni Banner, Senior Executive Coordinator, shared that she was invited a number of times before she attended her 1st event. Once so excited personally with her results, she also got excited about the business. Since that time she has built a successful team and is a very good trainer.
Nothing much happens in our Shaklee businesses until we extend invitations to people to learn about and understand our products and opportunity. In today's session we learned all about making those invitations effectively and efficiently so we will get results. It means developing some people and communication skills. You'll learn all about how to do that in this session.
We discussed valuable information from the lessons learned from Gro Pro by Eric Worre. He explains why network marketing is the "way to go today" because the economy has shifted to a performance based compensation. Net work marketing is a great profession and like all professions their are skills we need to lear to make us effective and productive.
Miracles start to happen when you give as much energy to your dreams as you do to your fears. As we now go through the 7 Step Training, we talked about allowing yourself to dream as you develop your why. A strong why is critical in our business. Only after that can you most effectively set your goals and attain them. Goals take on many forms—financial, personal, career and business goals.
Financial Planning for Young Families"...expanded our understanding of the financial realities for American families in various stages of their lives and we looked at the financial pressures on younger families.
Financial consultant Bob Lange enlightened and/or alarmed us as he talked about how difficult it is for many to create enough retirement income. This is especially so without having to downsize their lifestyle. After sharing the incredible statistics of how hard it can be, he showed how becoming a Senior Executive Coordinator will provide on the average $ 65,000 a year which provides that additional income to maintain lifestyle and perhaps increaselifestyle.
Since our objectives for 2014 surround strategies for growth, today's session highlighted the 4 fabulous promotions, how they work and then the strategies to achieve them.
Today's session—"The Role of Social Media in Growing a Shaklee Business"— was so jam packed with great info that we can go back and listen again and gain even more.
Today's session—Grow Your Business by Growing You was a powerful testimony to the importance of our thoughts and our personal growth.
This session really brought our comp plan to life by demonstrating Harper Guerra's rise through the ranks in the Dream Plan. We learned how she went from Director earning $600 a month to Sr. Coordinator earning $3000 a month. Her story and her business leaders' stories are very impressive as is the joy they are experiencing!
We kicked off 2014 in grand style with Presidential Master Coordinator, Gary Burke, discussing with us "Strategies To Increase Productivity". Gary had been on a 70 minute webinar and then attended a 7 hour instructional seminar by Darren Hardy on this subject. Gary then translated and applied the key principles to Shaklee.
We thought it would be great to reflect back on our year and do a session surrounding that. So here are the top 10 points/concepts we chose to discuss with you.
Coaching 101 focused on Principles of Coaching and Responsibilities of a Coach so as we are identifying people who would like to develop their own Shaklee businesses, we step into one of the most important roles we play--that of mentor and coach--with some skills.
Back for a command performance, Dan Henderson, Master Coordinator, discussed with us how to coach our business partners and leaders. Coaching is critical to our business success and growth. And there is a productive way to do that. Our relationship with the person we are coaching is key. So we need the right mind set to begin with.
In this webinar Dan Henderson, Master Coordinator, inspired and coached us on developing stronger business leaders. Dan outlined a strategy and a process for getting new business partners started properly. In this webinar you'll learn what to do with your new person; what to say to get the started in the right direction and how to manage expectations--yours and theirs.
Today we covered Step #6 on Sponsoring of the First Step Training components. We define sponsoring someone as a transaction. However, the sponsor process is about setting up systems so we have continual contact with people to help them realize the benefits they want from Shaklee.
We reviewed the First Step Training components that we are following each week in our Fall Effect series. And, then, Sr. Master Coordinator, Steve Toovell wove Steve and Jeanne's Shaklee story and their journey through the benefits of our Shaklee Opportunity and other aspects of our business. This is a very compelling presentation. Steve does an outstanding job here!!
Everyone was reminded of the value of developing a 3000 base—the income, stability, the New Director's Conference, and car stipend at Sr. Director. Today's subject of presenting is the next step in our seven steps. We had Katie Odem, Senior Director, share her Shaklee experience and how she conducts her business so successfully. In her first year, her ov is 7000, she has 3 business partners developing, a $1200 bonus check, has a Shaklee car, attended the NDC, and is on track for the Dream Trip to Playa del Carmen. She primarily builds her business doing in-home and product events, with great follow up for those who don't attend. Her program names vary, but her system and plan are consistently the same. Some of the many themes are Shaklee 180 Tasting Parities, Grand Openings, Healthy Home-Healthy You, Wellness hours for Pre-school Moms.
With great pride – together our effects are changing our health and our lives as well as the lives of others. Today's discussion centered around developing a strong consumer base. Experts say people respond more to our "why" we sell than to what we sell. People hear our belief which engages them. We discussed the Value of a 3000 customer base –it creates a sustainable and stable business with a $1050 bonus potential and the cash car allowance and qualifying for the New Directors Conference.
Our webinar began with Jo giving a great reminder about how to divide up your month so that the last 10 days give the opportunity to evaluate what needs to be done to finish out the month and preferably exceed the goal. In our 1st Step Training, we talked about list making becoming a daily on-going activity—our daily working document.
Continuing on the road to commitment, Jeanne opened the session via a humorous analogy using her son Eric's and daughter-in-law Beth's "history" to reflect the importance and value of these concepts: Making a decision, Following the process, Committing to your goal ...
We continued to highlight The Shaklee Effect--the theme of our Global Conference this year. As Roger Barnett told us, "Nobody is a small potatoe. Understand you can't under estimate the effect you have on your family, your neighborhood, your town/city...even the world."
Fall 2013 The Shaklee Effect Begins - Our Fall training has begun!! Today we reviewed some highlights from the Global Conference in Nashville and shared thoughts on the theme from the conference: The Shaklee Effect. First time attendee, Katie Helmke, told us about the effect of the Global Conference on her and how she is motivated to develop her business for herself and her 3 boys after having gone through a divorce, a house change, a job change and now being in debt. Katie feels she gained some skills and confidence to go forward.
