Apologies are HARD! Given that we were never really taught how to apologize beyond the simple "I'm sorry" that we were forced to say when we punched that one kid in Kindergarten for being annoying, we REALLY miss the mark on apologies. I break down the 5 components of a good apology and explain their necessity.
